Welcome to the Project Insight Help Center! We've made this common help topic the homepage.
Creating your account
- The first step is to visit the "New Account Request" form.
- Fill in your details and submit the form to make a request. We'll look it over and let you in asap!
- Once you recieve the Your account has been activated email, you must setup a password yourself!
- To setup your password, go to your portal (refer to the role-specifc links below) and click Forgot Password?.
- Fill in the email you used to submit the new account request.
- Then, check your email for a link to reset your password.
- Open the link in the email and setup your password.
- Lastly, go to your role-specifc portal (again, linked below) and sign in with your email and brand new password!
Accessing the portal
The portal you go to depends on your role:
- Are you a candidate? Visit the candidate.project-insight.net link.
- Are you an instructor? Visit the instructor.project-insight.net link.
Login Errors
If you're having trouble logging in after your intial password reset, it's best to contact support.
