Welcome to the Project Insight Help Center! We've made this common help topic the homepage.

Creating your account

  1. The first step is to visit the "New Account Request" form.
  2. Fill in your details and submit the form to make a request. We'll look it over and let you in asap!
  3. Once you recieve the Your account has been activated email, you must setup a password yourself!
  4. To setup your password, go to your portal (refer to the role-specifc links below) and click Forgot Password?.
  5. Fill in the email you used to submit the new account request.
  6. Then, check your email for a link to reset your password.
  7. Open the link in the email and setup your password.
  8. Lastly, go to your role-specifc portal (again, linked below) and sign in with your email and brand new password!
